Chuck Rothstein – Founding Partner

Chuck founded what is now All Occasions Party Rentals in 1969. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Penn State.  He has been the guest speaker on several occasions for the American Rental Association.

Terry Turner, C.E.R.P. – President

East Tennessee native Terry Turner is president of All Occasions Party Rentals in Knoxville, Tenn. Terry has worked in the rental industry for 24 years. The company comprises a 40,000 square-foot facility on six acres of land and currently employs 55 team members. In 2015, All Occasions Party Rentals did more than 4,500 events. 

In 2012, Terry purchased ToeZay Decorating and renamed it All Convention and Expo Services (ACES) which is the in-house preferred contractor for decorator and trade show services at the Knoxville Convention Center. Tailgate Tennessee was launched in 2012, offering UT football fans turn-key tailgating experiences.

Throughout the years, All Occasions Party Rentals has been a key player in a variety of major events – both locally and nationally – including, Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis; Bonnaroo; International Biscuit Festival; Smoky Mountain Highland Games; Children's Festival of Reading; Destination Imagination; Dogwood Arts Festival; L'amour du Vin fundraiser for the Knoxville Museum of Art; Holidays on Ice at Market Square; Boomsday and the Festival on the Fourth.

Locally, Terry serves on the boards of Child Help, Evening in Orange, Junior Achievement of East Tennessee, Knoxville Chamber, Live 5, Random Acts of Flowers, Sertoma Center, and Tennessee Valley Fair. He is also an active committee member of the Knoxville Area Golf Charities which produces the Web.com Tour golf tournament. Nationally, Terry is currently in the Chairman of the American Rental Association. 

Terry and his wife Regina have been married for 21 years and have two sons – Jared and Jackson.  


Jeff Diviney, C.E.R.P. – Director of Sales

Jeff joined All Occasions Party Rentals in 2003.  During his extensive career in the industry, he has been involved in the Dogwood Arts Festival, Greek Fest, multiple Regal Variety TN Movie Premieres, Air Shows, concerts and fundraisers. Jeff attended Fordham University in New York City.


Gina Changas - Event Designer

Gina specializes in design and decor and prides herself in delivering a unique event that will keep your guests talking for years to come. She will assist you in selecting your style and colors from our extensive inventory of tents, furniture, fabric drapery, tables, chairs, linens, china, and tableware. Whether you are planning a small intimate gathering or a grand celebration, All Occasions Party Rentals has everything you need to make your special occasion fabulous. 


Cindy Hale - Executive Assistant/Customer Service Coordinator

Cindy joined All Occasions in April 2008 and has been a great addition to the group. She specializes in Linens and provides exceptional sales and event assistance to our local vendors.

James Aiken, C.E.R.P. – Director of Operations

James, who just earned his title as a Certified Event Rental Professional, brings a lot of event industry expertise to our team.  Joined All Occasions in 2006., his portfolio of events includes the Disney National Company Picnic, the Scottish Highlands Festival, and the Denver Bronco’s Super Bowl Celebration. James attended Colorado State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.

Jason McClure, C.E.R.P.– Operations Manager

Jason joined our team in February 2007. His first job in the events industry was in 1992 working in floral design and since has worked in the hotel, restaurant and off-site catering side of the industry. While working at AOPR, Jason has worked in Customer Service, Event Sales & Design and now helps manage daily operations. 

Kim Dougherty, C.E.R.P. - Senior Operations Administrator

Kim has been with All Occasions since the very beginning and brings a great deal of experience to her role. Over the years, she has brought satisfaction to our clients as Customer Service Manager and an effective and efficient structure to our office.

Aaron Boatwright - Transportation Manager

Aaron “Boat” Boatwright has been with All Occasions since the beginning. He manages all daily in-coming and out-going deliveries. He has been involved in many events over the years, but some of the bigger ones include the Knoxville Museum of Art Fundraiser, BWXT Y-12 Company Party, and the Mortgage Investors Company Party. He earned an Associates Degree from the State Tech Institute in Knoxville and also has his Coatings Inspector Certification.


Jim Allen - Accountant

Vicki Coppock – Office Manager

Vicki came to All Occasions Party Rentals in 2007. Her organizational skills and sense of urgency work together to successfully meet the needs of the office and team members. She sings in a gospel group in her spare time!


Drew Rutherford, C.E.R.P. - General Manager, Tailgate Tennessee

Drew began employment in August of 2012. He was hired on to tackle "Tailgate Tennessee," offering full-service and hassle-free tailgating packages to all VOL fans. Drew earned a master's degree in sport's management from the University of Tennessee in 2012, with an undergraduate degree in public relations and advertising.
